Designed as a tool for working & living together, UrbanMix Paris Saint-Denis has been designed for the well-being of employees. It offers comfort, light, stimulation and services, in both formal and informal areas: everything is in place to foster interaction and dialogue.

A way of life
We have designed a large service space on the ground floor, offering different mixed uses, and most importantly, designed as decorated and furnished spaces: a decorated reception area, cafeteria, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, break areas, showers, planted areas promoting biodiversity (choice of local species and installation of nesting boxes and insect hotels etc.)
It’s an atmosphere that employees will also find in the surrounding area, with lots of opportunities for services, shops and other activities, at the heart of a dynamic environment.

Saint-Denis has always played an important role in the development of Paris. Already in the spotlight thanks to the Olympic Games, the site stands out as a hive of activity.
It’s a buzzing city and a real crossroads of activity, ranging from cinematographic and artistic production to tertiary activities and services, as well as the headquarters and offices of some of Europe’s biggest firms.
In 2024, the eyes of the world will be on Saint-Denis when it becomes one of the nerve centers of the Paris Olympics, hosting the village and the Olympic swimming pool.
